All registrants must agree to Convention Policies, Terms and Conditions as part of registration. This includes the code of conduct, registration policies, cancellation and substitution policies and more. Review the Terms and Conditions.
Payment Policy
Registrations must be paid in full in order to receive a Convention badge. Unpaid balances can be processed onsite. If paying via check, all check
payments must be received within 14 days of your registration date and no later than October 27. If checks are not received in a timely manner NAPABA will require payment onsite.
Please make checks payable to "NAPABA". Checks and a copy of your registration confirmation must be mailed to NAPABA Attn: Natalie Koo, Meetings & Events Director 1612 K Street NW, Suite 300 Washington, DC 20006.
Cancellation and Transfer Policy
Notice of registration cancellation or transfer must be done through the registration site or received in writing to NAPABA no later than 11:59 pm ET on Thursday, October 8, 2026.
No refunds or transfers will be processed after this date. Email your written cancellation to convention@napaba.org.
Your notice of registration cancellation does not otherwise affect or alter your hotel and travel arrangements, and you remain solely responsible for the costs of your hotel and travel reservations, including applicable cancellation charges.
