Sheila Bangalore is a board member and former public company C-level executive with global business experience spanning public and private multinational technology (B2B/C), and specialty materials businesses over 20+ years. Presently, Ms. Bangalore serves as a non-executive director for Games Global Limited, a private global gaming company, where she chairs the Risk & Compliance Committee and sits on the Nominations and Audit Committees, and also as a Venture Partner at Springtide Ventures, a venture capital firm focused on investment in cutting-edge healthcare technology businesses. Alan Chan joined Nautilus, Inc. as Chief Legal Officer in August 2021 and was named Chief Legal & People Officer in April 2023. With more than 20 years of experience, including deep legal knowledge in areas of the supply chain, intellectual property, and technology solutions and services, Mr. Chan leads all aspects of Nautilus, Inc’s global legal strategy, including corporate governance and compliance, mergers and acquisitions, and intellectual property. During his 20-year tenure at AmerisourceBergen, he had responsibility at various times for managing the company’s compliance, enterprise risk, regulatory affairs, information technology, corporate strategy and M&A departments in addition to the legal department. Kelly Koyama-Garcia is Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary of Louis Vuitton Americas and is a member of the executive committee. Simon Leung is the Chief Business Officer for TD SYNNEX. In this role, Leung leads our global mergers and acquisitions team, responsible for reviewing new markets as part of our long-term growth strategy; business continuity, crisis management and enterprise risk management team for contingency planning and other risk management functions; and internal and external corporate communications team, responsible for corporate brand, thought leadership, and our environmental, social and governance (ESG) and corporate social responsibility (CSR) initiatives. Caroline Tsai is Chief Legal and Corporate Affairs Officer at FIS. Caroline oversees FIS’ global legal, compliance and corporate secretarial functions. Cindy Tsai is the General Counsel for the Committee of 100, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to ensuring the full inclusion of Chinese Americans in America and equitable treatment for all. As General Counsel, Cindy handles the internal legal matter for the organization and serves as its legal director for strategic initiatives. From 2001-2020 Larry Tu held general counsel/chief legal officer roles at NBC Universal (NYC), Dell Technologies (Austin, TX), and CBS Corporation(LA and NYC). He was a partner in the corporate department of O’Melveny & Myers LLP from 1990-2001, was the managing partner of the firm’s Hong Kong office from 1995-1999, and then served as co-head of the firm’s Project Finance group based in NYC. After graduating from law school in 1981 he clerked on the 2nd Circuit Court of Appeals and then on the U.S. Supreme Court (for Justice Thurgood Marshall). From 1983-86 he worked in the Office of the Legal Advisor, U.S. Department of State, first as a staff attorney and then as the Special Assistant to the Legal Advisor. Larry and his wife split their time between Austin and San Diego. Nathan Vitan is Senior Vice President, Chief Legal Officer and Corporate Secretary of Public Storage (NYSE:PSA), a member of the S&P 500 and the world's largest owner and operator of self-storage facilities.
