In-House Counsel Mentoring Program | Applications Closed

The NAPABA In-House Counsel Mentoring Program has operated for nearly two decades and has supported the growth and development of hundreds of in-house counsel in their professional and leadership journeys. This program is designed to foster relationships between NAPABA members who are experienced in-house counsel with those who are either new or transitioning to an in-house position and in need of guidance on professional development and career goals; or are experienced in-house practitioners in need of guidance on how to move forward or position themselves to take advantage of future opportunities.

This program provides mentee attorneys the opportunity to expand their professional network and find meaningful support and connection with other diverse attorneys who understand the challenges of the practice and can foster new ideas that inspires career growth. Mentors will harness their leadership skills and expertise to pass along perspective, wisdom, and practical skills gained throughout their career.

In-house attorneys who are ready to use their skills, experience, and voice to guide others are urged to apply as a mentor. If you are a new, mid-level, or senior in-house attorney and are seeking a professional mentor who can help you realize your potential in the legal profession, we invite you to apply as a mentee. Attorneys working for the public sector, academic institutions, and non-profit organizations are welcome to apply.
