Each year, the LAP brings together a cohort of 24 individuals for a unique opportunity to transform as a leader professionally and personally and to build a tight knit community. This year’s program will launch in a virtual environment and pending health and safety regulations, will conclude with in-person workshops. Candidates must have between six and 10 years of legal experience and a desire to grow as a leader in the profession and within your community. Attorneys in the program will: • Assess leadership and communications styles and use exercises to gain better self-awareness • Train to be more effective communicators and listeners • Learn how to set goals and ground their career vision • Become better at anticipating the oppositions faced in a challenge • Grow their executive presence • Leave with a cohort of 24 advisors and friends
