The Mass Torts & Class Actions Committee is comprised of attorneys whose practices or responsibilities involve mass tort litigation, including practice in federal multi-district litigation (MDL) proceedings, state mass tort programs, class actions, and other mass torts. The Committee aims to serve as educational, networking and resource support group, and a forum for the exchange of ideas and information relating to the courts, substantive law, current and proposed legislation, local and federal rules, and other areas of practice and procedure. The Committee will also engage in efforts to increase the pipeline of APA law students into the practice.
