CBAC Active Policy Resolutions

Every year CBAC members submit policy resolutions for consideration by the leaders of the four organizations. These resolutions are critical in defining the advocacy agenda and positions of the coalition. The following resolutions were passed by the Bars of Color and are currently active.

Read the 2018 CBAC Resolutions Package covering topics including, statements in support of DACA recipients, legal representation for minor children asylum seekers, criminal justice reform, judicial vacancies, Puerto Rico recovery, Federal Public Service Loan Forgiveness Program (PSLF), and banning “conversion therapy” practices for individuals under 18 years of age.
