The mass arbitration rules and administrative practices of JAMS, American Arbitration Association, and CPR Dispute Resolution Services differ in ways that can materially affect case management, fee exposure, and the trajectory of disputes from the outset. This program will provide a practical, side-by-side examination of key rule distinctions and emerging best practices, with a focus on early decision points counsel must navigate when advising clients, drafting dispute resolution clauses, or responding to mass filings. Panelists will discuss how each provider approaches administration, batching, preliminary proceedings, and case sequencing—and what experienced counsel should anticipate in practice. Attendees will gain a clearer framework for evaluating provider-specific considerations and managing mass arbitration matters with greater predictability and strategic control. Speakers: Adam Shoneck, American Arbitration Association, Vice President Mia Levi, CPR Dispute Resolution Services, Vice President Liz Carter, JAMS, Senior Vice President
