This CLE-eligible webinar, hosted by NAPABA and led by the Chairs of NAPABA's Immigration Law Committee, will deliver an overview of the most pressing changes and challenges in immigration law and policy implemented during this second Trump Administration. The webinar will analyze the sweeping policy enactments and executive orders issued to date as well offer insight into the day-to-day changes impacting practitioners as they represent clients before U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services, other DHS components, and immigration courts. Our experienced panel will share their insights and their unique perspectives which range from big law to small firm, and non-profit immigration practices. We will also discuss certain policy developments that specifically affect Asian American immigrant communities.

Sang M. Shin, Partner, Jackson Walker (Houston & Austin) Sang brings deep experience across business immigration, family-based matters, and I-9 compliance for clients in industries from energy to tech. He regularly works with DHS, DOL, and DOS on complex immigration matters. He holds a JD from the Charlotte School of Law.
Ganesh Kalyanaraman, Attorney & Solicitor, Law Office of Ganesh Kalyanaraman Ganesh supports multinational corporations, startups, and individuals with employment-based immigration, consular processing, and compliance. He also has significant experience in immigration reform policy and legislative advocacy. He holds a JD from Chicago-Kent College of Law.
Edna Yang, Co-Executive Director, American Gateways Edna has over two decades of experience advocating for asylum seekers and survivors of violence, with expertise in removal defense, detention, and family-based immigration. She also trains law enforcement and service providers on immigrant rights. She holds a JD and MA from American University.
