Panelists

• Robin Chiu, Teneo, Senior Managing Director — Robin assists companies or their stakeholders to develop and execute strategies to restructure. She has over two decades of experience advising on balance sheet and financial issues.
  
  Robin has served as financial advisor, Chief Restructuring Officer and interim Chief Financial Officer and has led companies through both in and out-of-court restructurings. She works with companies in a wide range of industries, advising Boards of Directors, management teams, investors and creditor groups. Robin is also active in Teneo’s litigation support and fiduciary practices, performing business plan reviews, due diligence assignments, valuations and other complex financial analyses.
  
  Robin joined Teneo in connection with its acquisition of Goldin Associates, LLC. Prior to Goldin, Robin worked in the debt capital markets group of Barclays Capital where she advised clients on financing, capital structure and risk management. Before joining Barclays, Robin was an investment banker at Wasserstein Perella working on high yield transactions.

• Calvin Navatto, Vice President/Business Development, CIT — Trusted financial advisor to Private Equity Groups, senior management teams at middle-market companies and corporate restructuring professionals for more than 30 years.

• Vincent Roldan, Partner, Mandelbaum Barrett — Vincent J. Roldan is a Partner in the Firm’s Bankruptcy and Creditors Rights, and Banking and Financial Services groups. He has represented parties in interest in various aspects of bankruptcy proceedings and out of court workouts across the U.S. He also represents clients in non-bankruptcy litigation in state and federal courts on various tort, contract, intellectual property and collection matters. He is a frequent speaker and published writer with respect to restructuring, commercial bankruptcy and distressed investing.
  
  Mr. Roldan is a current board member for the National Asian Pacific American Bar Association and for Secured Finance Network.  He is also a past president of the Filipino American Lawyers Association of New York; a founding member of the National Filipino American Lawyers Association; and a member of the Asian American Bar Association of New York, for whom he founded the Bankruptcy and Restructuring committee.
