The GRSM team will discuss:

1. The effects of various state statutes upon tolling of the statute of limitations under federal acts such as the FDCPA;
2. Varying approaches to defense of ever-popular Hunstein claims nationally; and
3. The plaintiffs' bar's creative attempts to affix FCRA liability to self-proclaimed non-disputes, along with successful strategies for defense of these claims.
