Please join us for a dynamic program focused on having a conversation on advancing diversity, equity & inclusion ("DE&I") at law firms, particularly since the Black Lives Matter Movement.

Although DE&I may not be a new concept in the legal profession, our esteemed panelists will touch on how DE&I policies and initiatives may have changed in the past 18 months, including discussing market-driven factors and challenges in addition to what individuals and law firms alike can do as part of the greater DE&I effort. The program will be moderated by APABA's MCLE Co-Chair Cathy Ta and will feature the following panelists:

Rena Andoh, Partner & DI Committee Chair, Sheppard Mullin
Hailyn Chen, Co-Managing Partner, Munger Tolles & Olson
John Iino, DEI Global Chair, Reed Smith
Vivian S. Lee, Principal Counsel, Intellectual Property, The Walt Disney Company
Megan O'Neill, Co-Founder, DTO Law
