A Conversation with Rear Admiral A.B. Cruz III, USN (ret.), President, National Asian Pacific American Bar Association, John C. Yang, President and Executive Director of Asian Americans Advancing Justice, and Joseph Centeno, Co-Chair of Buchanan’s Labor & Employment Section

The recent exponential rise of hatred and violence against people of Asian descent is abhorrent. Buchanan Ingersoll & Rooney embraces the diversity of all people, from all backgrounds and we condemn injustice and violence of all forms. In support of the Asian American community, our firm has signed the pledge to stand with the National Asian Pacific American Bar Association (NAPABA) and Asian Americans Advancing Justice (AAJC) denouncing anti-Asian hate, xenophobia, violence and racism.

Join us for a conversation with Rear Admiral A.B. Cruz III, USN (ret.), John Yang and Joseph Centeno. Our speakers will share their personal stories, discuss ways their organizations are bringing awareness to the issue and offer insight on how we can all work together to #StopTheHate against Asian Americans. The discussion will be moderated by Lloyd Freeman, Buchanan's Chief Diversity & Inclusion Officer.
