On Monday, 2/22/2021, the ABA House of Delegates will present a panel discussion on structural reform of the U.S. Supreme Court. We have renowned panelists representing a wide spectrum of political perspectives, so it promises to be a lively discussion.  NAPABA’s own Neal Katyal is one of the panelists.
