Join us for a webinar on the various pathways to government service!

The Filipino Bar Association of Northern California (FBANC), Sacramento Filipino American Lawyers Association (SacFALA), and the Filipino American Lawyers Association of Washington D.C. (FALA DC) are collaborating to put on a panel on careers in government, titled Community Service as Career: Working in Local, State and Federal Government.

The event will take place via webinar on October 30, 2019 at 12pm Pacific/3pm Eastern.

This event is geared towards law students and/or new attorneys interested in careers in government. Attorneys from California and Washington, D.C. who are working at all levels of public service will discuss the pathway to their current roles and provide helpful advice for those interested in pursuing the same career.

Panel speakers for the event are:

  • Ray Rollan (FBANC), San Francisco City Attorney's Office
  • Jennifer Sta.Ana (FBANC), U.S. Department of Labor
  • Justin Delacruz (SacFALA), California Assembly Labor & Employment Committee
  • Darren Fernandez (FALA DC), Federal Communications Commission

The panel will be conducted by video conference and dial-in details will be provided to registered participants.
