Cancellation Policy

The deadline to cancel your convention registration or tickets for add-on events is October 5, 2017 at 11:59 p.m. EDT. NAPABA will reimburse all fees paid minus a $75 administrative fee. 

There will be no refunds for cancellations received after October 5, 2017.

Speaker Registration

• All program chairs, moderators, and speakers must register for the Convention.
• If you are a program chair, moderator, or speaker attending only the day of your speaking engagement, you will receive complimentary registration.
  
• If you are a program chair, moderator, or speaker attending more than just the day of your speaking engagement, you must pay the full Convention registration fee. You will not be able to purchase multiple day passes.
