Cancellation Policy

To cancel your convention registration or tickets for add-on events, click here and provide your email on record and confirmation number (found in your confirmation email). Once in your registration record, click the unregister button and follow the on-screen instructions. Questions can be directed via email to convention@napaba.org. If a cancellation is received on or before Friday, October 7, 2016, NAPABA will reimburse all fees paid minus a seventy-five dollar ($75) administrative fee.

There will be no refunds for cancellations received after October, 7, 2016. Please review the detailed refund policy to view the exceptions.

Speaker Registration

• All speakers must be registered for the Convention.
• Speakers receive a complimentary registration the day of their speaking engagement. This permits speakers to attend the events scheduled for the same day as the panel. It DOES NOT include any special events, including the Anniversary Gala on Saturday evening. Speakers must register in order to obtain the complimentary day pass. 
• If a speaker would like to attend more than one day of the Convention, they will be required to pay the full registration fee.
