Program Submission Timeline*

• Program proposals due: April 17, 2016 at midnight EDT

• Seek NAPABA Council/Committee/Network Endorsement (recommended): April 8, 2016

• Notification to program chairs: June 6, 2016

• Required materials (timed agenda and specialty credit information) for CLE accreditation due: July 29, 2016

*Late/incomplete submissions will not be accepted. If materials are not received by the CLE deadlines, NAPABA reserves the right to remove your program.

Speaker Registration/Travel/Expenses:

All moderators and speakers are required to register for the Convention. NAPABA does provide a complimentary one-day pass for the day of your speaking engagement, but you must register to obtain the pass. Should you wish to attend more than one day of the Convention, you will need to register and pay.

NAPABA does not cover travel or expenses for speakers. We encourage all speakers to apply for a Convention scholarship (opening in June). Convention scholarships provide stipends to be used for registration, airfare, or ground transportation.

Standard AV:

All CLE panels are equipped with an LCD projector, laptop, and screen. Video capabilities are NOT included.
