| DATA SECURITY AND PRIVACY COMMITTEE |
|
The Data Security and Privacy Committee serves as a networking, educational and resource support group for NAPABA members who are practicing lawyers, law students, and judges who specialize, have an interest, or frequently address issues, in this field. The Committee also serves as a forum for sharing legal, regulatory, and policy developments related to this rapidly evolving area of the law, which impacts organizations of all sizes in all industry sectors. Furthermore, the Committee strives to serve as an important means to give Asian Pacific American (APA) lawyers the opportunity to engage in advocacy concerning privacy issues and legislation that may have a direct impact on the APA community. |
