Notification to program chairs: no later than May 25, 2017
Speaker release form and edits to speaker biographies due: Sept. 1, 2017, 5 p.m. ET
Written materials (timed agenda and specialty credit information) for CLE accreditation due: Sept. 1, 2017, 5 p.m. ET
NOTE: Late/incomplete submissions will not be accepted. If materials are not received by the CLE deadlines, NAPABA reserves the right to remove your program.

Interested in speaking at the NAPABA Convention without submitting an entire panel proposal? Join our speaker database! Should an opening need to be filled in our program, you may be contacted by NAPABA staff. Submit an application here.
Program chairs seeking additional speakers may contact Pang Moua to access the database.
NOTE: Speakers and moderators may not serve on more than one panel. NAPABA may exercise discretion to add, remove, or substitute speakers.

Speaker Registration and Scholarship Information
All program chairs, moderators and speakers must register for the Convention. Program chairs, moderators, and speakers will receive complimentary registration for the day of their speaking engagement only if they do not plan to attend any other days of the Convention; otherwise, program chairs, moderators and speakers will need to pay the full registration fee.
NAPABA does not cover travel or expenses for speakers. We encourage all speakers to apply for a Convention scholarship (opening in June). Convention scholarships may be used for registration, airfare, or ground transportation.
