Mentoring Program

Women’s Leadership Committee - 2014 Mentorship Program

The goal of the NAPABA Women’s Leadership Committee Mentorship Program is to assist young attorneys with experienced attorneys to better define their legal career path through the sharing of an experienced attorney’s wisdom, experiences and knowledge about the practice of law. The Mentorship Program allows both attorneys to foster their mentorship relationship. Mentors are encouraged to meet with (if located in the same city) and/or contact their Mentee monthly. In order to maximize the benefits of this program, Mentees and Mentors will be matched as closely as possible according to their areas of interest and practice, respectively. Mentees and Mentors are encouraged to remain in contact with each other on a regular basis throughout the year via NAPABA-organized activities, e-mail and scheduled meetings with each other. Please note, matches will be subject to availability.
