Nir received his graduate degree in law from the University of California, Berkeley, School of Law. Nir is the Managing Attorney at Adhikari Law PLLC. Nir represents business entities as well as individuals on all aspects of U.S. immigration law and private international law matters. His clients have included large multinational corporations, foreign corporations, domestic corporations, start-ups, non-profits, entrepreneurs, scientists, investors, artists, and individuals.

At the start of his legal career right after the graduate degree in law, he was a Research Fellow at American Antitrust Institute with a competitive fellowship from Antitrust Law Section of the American Bar Association. At the law school, he was a Graduate Student Researcher to a professor. After finishing his undergraduate studies in law he began working as an Intern at the Office of the Prosecutor at
International Criminal Court in The Hague, the Netherlands.
Social/Volunteer Organizations
Throughout his career, Nir used his education and experience to support a variety of public interest and pro-bono activities for diverse communities. He currently serves as the member of the Commission on Asian and Pacific Islander Affairs of the D.C. Mayor. He also serves as the Secretary of the Executive Board of the Durga Tempe, the oldest Hindu temple in Virginia.
