Specializes in the prosecution of RICO and other complex, white collar fraud cases in Ohio. Prior to joining the Ohio Attorney General's Office in 2013, served as a prosecutor in the Fraud & Special Prosecutions Section of the Arizona Attorney General's Office. There, served as lead liaison for the Arizona Department of Revenue and oversaw luxury tax prosecutions in the state. Also handled aggressive, vertical prosecution of securities fraud, mortgage fraud, misuse of public funds, and multi-million dollar fraud schemes. Prior to joining the Arizona Attorney General's Office, served as Assistant Deputy County Attorney in the Fraud & Identity Theft Enforcement Unit of the Maricopa County Attorney's Office (MCAO).
