Ms. Jung's legal career spans the private, public, and non-profit sectors. Ms. Jung is a seasoned federal trial attorney and litigator. She also is a sophisticated negotiator, with broad experience in complex negotiations with high-level government officials, corporate executives, and public stakeholders.

She has served as a trial attorney with the Civil Rights Division of the U.S. Department of Justice in Washington, D.C., where she co-managed trial teams & investigations for high-profile matters in Federal District Courts in various jurisdictions throughout the U.S. and U.S. territories. Most recently, at New York Lawyers for the Public Interest, Inc., Ms. Jung served as the non-profit civil rights law firm's lead counsel in numerous impact litigation and class action matters involving New York state agencies and public officials.
