Janet Chung is litigation and white collar attorney with Holland & Knight LLP. She represents clients across a variety of sectors, including retail, automotive, manufacturing, real estate, healthcare, casino gaming, entertainment, aviation and emerging technologies.

Ms. Chung focuses her litigation practice on corporate and individual clients in a wide range of matters, including complex commercial disputes, consumer class actions, product liability litigation, and securities and antitrust litigation in state and federal courts. As part of her white collar practice, Ms. Chung represents corporations and private individuals in civil and criminal investigations and prosecutions before state and federal agencies, including the DOJ and SEC. Ms. Chung also represents companies in aviation accident investigations, acting as counsel to manufacturers and owners of commercial spacecraft and experimental aircraft on significant accident investigations by the National Transportation Safety Board (NTSB).
